Production Timing
Product-specific production estimates appear in the applicable listing or quote. Timing begins after payment and receipt of a usable photograph, approved artwork or final design approval, as applicable.
Event dates, business-order deadlines and rush requests are not confirmed until accepted by Cajun, Crown & Jester in writing.
Custom and Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded photographs, spelling, dates, contact information and approved design proofs. Because personalized products are made for a specific customer, changes may not be possible after production has begun.
Shipping and Pickup
Available shipping and pickup options are shown during checkout or stated in the applicable quote. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Damage or Production Defects
Contact us within seven days of delivery or pickup if an item arrives damaged or appears to contain a production defect. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Customer Information
Information submitted through our forms and ordering process may include your name, email address, phone number, order information, event details, delivery information and customer-provided images or artwork. We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, communicate about projects and maintain necessary business records.
Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider and is not entered directly into our contact forms. We do not sell customer personal information.
Customer-Provided Images and Artwork
By submitting a photograph, logo, graphic or other material, the customer confirms that they own it or have permission to reproduce it. We may decline content that is unlawful, infringing, explicit, hateful, threatening or technically unsuitable for production.
Photo and Artwork Privacy
MagTool automatically clears production media after seven days. We may separately retain files only when needed for an agreed project purpose or when permission has been given for marketing use. Customer photographs, logos and completed custom work are not used publicly without the appropriate permission.
Event Services
Event dates are reserved only after the required agreement and deposit are complete. Event cancellations, rescheduling, travel, venue requirements and production limits are governed by the applicable quote and service agreement.
Product Safety
Magnets and small components are not toys. Keep them away from children and pets who may place them in the mouth. Seek immediate medical attention if a magnet is swallowed.
