How do guests submit their photos?
The submission method is planned before the event and may use a QR code, mobile upload page, assisted station or another approved method. The best option depends on the venue, guest count and available connectivity.
Do we need a traditional photo booth?
No. Guests can take photographs throughout the venue with their own phones. A backdrop or photo area can still be used, but it is not required.
What can be customized?
Your approved design may include names, a date, event title, monogram, short message, border, colors or themed graphics. We prepare and approve the main design before the event.
How quickly are magnets made, and how many can be produced?
Magnets are produced throughout the contracted service period. Timing and capacity depend on image quality, the submission queue, equipment, staffing and the selected service plan. Your quote will state the included production quantity and applicable limits.
What venue conditions are required?
Requirements vary by package but may include a suitable production area, electrical access and dependable connectivity. Outdoor service requires full protection from rain, wind, direct sun and excessive heat, and a backup location may be required.
How early should we book?
Contact us as soon as you know the date, venue and approximate attendance. A date is reserved only after the required agreement and deposit have been completed.

Photos are used to fulfill the event order and are not used for marketing without permission. MagTool automatically clears production media after seven days. Any files we separately retain are handled under our Privacy Policy.

How much information can fit on the magnet?
The clearest designs generally use one logo or main visual, one short message and one primary contact method. Long service lists and multiple contact details can become difficult to read at the finished size.
Can you include a QR code?
A QR code may be possible when the design leaves enough space and contrast for reliable scanning. It must be tested at the actual printed size before production.
What artwork should we send?
Vector files such as SVG, EPS, AI or vector PDF are preferred. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background may also work. Screenshots and low-resolution social-media images may require additional preparation.
Can you design the magnet if we only have an idea?
Yes. Send your business name, logo if available, intended use, colors, quantity, deadline and the message you want the magnet to communicate. Additional artwork preparation may be quoted for complex projects.
Will we receive a proof?
Yes. A digital proof is provided before production. Review all spelling, contact information, graphics and layout carefully because production is based on the approved proof.
How many revisions are included?
Two standard revision rounds are included in the current quote structure. New design concepts, logo reconstruction or additional changes may require an added design fee.
Can we order multiple locations or designs?
Multiple versions may be available. Each version can require its own minimum quantity, setup and pricing. Provide an organized list of the exact information and quantity needed for every version.
How long does production take?
Standard production is approximately 5-7 business days after final proof approval and completion of payment requirements. Larger orders, multiple versions and complex artwork may require additional time.
Are rush orders available?

Are these vehicle or outdoor magnets?
